Meet Our Staff
Robin – Office Manager
Robin is our extremely knowledgeable and expert office manager. In that role, she assures that our entire dental office operates in an effective and professional manner. Robin is an integral part of NGDC's success and is always available to discuss any questions you may have. Robin is a native of Nashua, New Hampshire and has served as our office manager for over 20 years.

Elaine– Hygienist
Elaine has been with New Generation Dental Center since June 2020. She has over 25 years of experience as a hygienist, spanning from coast to coast. Elaine's friendly personality and quality hygiene skills have resulted in her loyal patients looking forward to coming to their dental visits year after year!
Paula – Dental Assistant
Paula is the hard-working and friendly dental assistant who works with Dr. Birnbaum to ensure that your visit for restorative and aesthetic dental treatment runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Her kind demeanor and informed answers to your questions regarding the nature of your treatment will educate you and put you at ease, and her flawless assisting skills will be readily evident during your appointment. Paula was personally trained by Dr. Birnbaum and has been assisting him for over 30 years.
Mary - Dental Assistant
Mary joined New Generation Dental Center in September 2020 as Dr. Heidi's assistant. She is a wonderful addition to our team, bringing spunk and laughter to the office, as well as her dedication and teamwork. She and Elaine worked together in another office for the last 20 years and she has helped create a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our office!
Lyndsay - Front Desk
Lyndsay is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has found her happy place at the front desk! While she enjoys working on patients, she much prefers interacting with them out of the chair! Lyndsay joined the NGDC team in 2021 and immediately became part of the family with her cheerful demeanor and positive attitude!
Sam - Front Desk
Sam first started at New Generation Dental Center in 2019 and after a short leave of absence has returned to our front desk with her trademark smile and bubbly personality! While she is usually seen at the front desk, Sam is also cross-trained as an assistant and especially loves assisting with our tiniest patients during tongue tie releases!
