Payment Options
We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We do not accept CareCredit.

We are pleased to offer in-house payment plans on a case-by-case basis, depending on the length of treatment and the total treatment cost. Dental Insurance
We are out-of-network for all dental insurance plans. We will submit claims to any dental insurance companies on our patients’ behalf. Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits.
Please note that it is the patient's responsibility to understand their insurance plan and check in advance if there is any question about what insurance will cover, as any treatments not covered by insurance are the patient's responsibility.

Using Your FSA to Pay for Dental Treatment: Step-by-Step Guide
Many patients choose to use their FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to pay for dental care. That’s completely fine — and very common.
There’s just one important thing to understand: If you pay with FSA funds and later receive an insurance reimbursement for the same service, you may be required to return (“re-deposit”) that reimbursed amount back into your FSA. This is because FSA funds are intended to cover out-of-pocket expenses, and insurance reimbursement reduces that out-of-pocket amount.

1) Payment at the Time of Service
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
You may pay using:

Credit or debit card
-
FSA (or HSA, if eligible) card
-
Other accepted payment methods

2) We Submit Your Dental Insurance Claim
As a courtesy, we submit dental insurance claims on your behalf following your visit.
After your appointment, you’ll receive documentation that may include:

A receipt showing your payment

A detailed statement of services

Any additional documentation needed for insurance or FSA purposes
3) Insurance Processing & Payment
Once your insurance processes the claim, one of the following will happen:
Option A: Insurance pays you directly (most common)
You’ll receive a check or direct deposit from your insurance company.
Option B: Insurance pays our office directly
If payment is sent to us, it will be applied to your account accordingly and we will refund any overpayments to your credit card and email you a receipt.
4) If You Paid with an FSA Card and Insurance Pays You
This is the most important step to be aware of.
If you used your FSA card at the time of service and then your insurance company sends reimbursement directly to you, you are typically required to return (re-deposit) the reimbursed amount back into your FSA. You cannot keep both the pre-tax FSA funds and the insurance reimbursement for the same expense.

5) Keep Your Records
Your FSA administrator may request documentation to confirm eligibility and proper use of funds.
We recommend saving:

Your dental receipt

Your insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Any reimbursement check or direct deposit notice
