Insurance Policy

We are out-of-network for all dental insurance plans. We will submit claims to any dental or medical insurance company on our patients’ behalf. Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Please note that it is the patient's responsibility to understand their insurance plan and check in advance if there is any question about what insurance will cover, as any treatments not covered by insurance are the patient's responsibility.
