Payment Options
We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We do not accept CareCredit.

We are pleased to offer in-house payment plans on a case-by-case basis, depending on the length of treatment and the total treatment cost. This flexible payment options allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!
Dental Insurance
We are out-of-network for all dental insurance plans. We will submit claims to any dental insurance companies on our patients’ behalf. Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits.
Please note that it is the patient's responsibility to understand their insurance plan and check in advance if there is any question about what insurance will cover, as any treatments not covered by insurance are the patient's responsibility.
